At Acupuncture Together, our pricing is designed to support healing. Healing happens through consistency, and regular care often creates stronger outcomes than occasional treatment.

New Member Welcome Benefit
Members enrolled in the 4 treatments/month or Unlimited Community Acupuncture memberships receive $10 off one eligible service, one time. Eligible services are acupuncture treatments only: Private Acupuncture, Comprehensive Acupuncture & TCM, and Neuromuscular Acupuncture & Dry Needling.
Member Product Discount
All active members receive 10% off eligible retail products, including premade herbal formulas, liniments, and ear seeds, for the duration of their membership.

Somatic Attunement

Financial Aid
Financial Aid is available for eligible Community Care patients.

We offer a limited amount of financial aid for Life Accompaniment and Somatic Attunement, beyond the open, tiered rate shown above.
Series Policy
Series are designed around recommended courses of treatment rather than long-term unused credits.
Each Series is valid for the stated period beginning on the date of purchase.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Providing advance notice allows us the opportunity to offer that time to another patient who may be waiting for care.
Community Care
Community Acupuncture appointments require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, are charged the applicable Community Acupuncture treatment fee to the card on file.
One-on-One Care & Specialty Care
Appointments within our One-on-One Care and Specialty Care pathways require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, are charged the full appointment fee to the card on file.
Accompaniment with Dr. Vincent
Somatic Attunement and Life Accompaniment appointments require 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
These appointments reserve dedicated time exclusively for you. Advance notice allows us the opportunity to offer that appointment to another patient who may be waiting for care and ensures thoughtful preparation for each session.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, are charged the full appointment fee to the card on file.

Payment & Insurance
- We accept cash, check, credit cards, debit cards, HSA, and FSA payments.
- We do not bill insurance directly.
- For eligible services, you may request a superbill and submit it to your insurer for possible reimbursement.
- Please confirm coverage with your insurance company before booking.
