Our front desk team helps patients feel welcomed, understood, and cared for while supporting the daily flow of a busy acupuncture clinic.
This role is a good fit for someone who is kind, grounded, reliable, organized, comfortable with technology, and able to communicate calmly in person, by phone, and by email.
This position focuses on patient communication, scheduling, clinic flow, and front desk responsibilities while supporting the daily operations of the clinic.
