Our Acupuncture Apprenticeship and Mentorship program offers professional learning relationships for acupuncture students, licensed practitioners, clinic owners, and leaders seeking deeper clinical judgment, confidence, relational skill, and sustainable professional development.
School Teaches the Medicine. Clinic Teaches the Practice.
Clinical confidence develops through observation, repetition, reflection, feedback, patient communication, and participation in the daily life of a working clinic.
These opportunities explore the clinical, relational, ethical, professional, and operational dimensions of acupuncture practice. Each relationship serves a different purpose. There is no requirement to complete one before beginning another.
Our goal is not to create practitioners who practice like us. Our goal is to help practitioners discover how they practice best while developing the clinical judgment, professional confidence, and relational skills to serve others well.
Four Distinct Relationships
Each opportunity is designed around a different kind of learning, support, and professional relationship.
Pricing and payment options are discussed individually, based on your goals and the relationship that fits best.
Clinical Observation
A one shift experience observing the clinic from the inside.
Participants may observe patient flow, clinical reasoning, treatment planning, communication, Community Care, One-on-One Care, Specialty Care, and collaborative clinic systems. Available to both acupuncture students and licensed acupuncturists.
Clinical Apprenticeship
An individualized 24 month formation relationship for licensed acupuncturists seeking deeper immersion in the Acupuncture Together model.
Apprenticeship combines paid clinical practice with a separate mentoring and formation program.
Clinical Practice
The apprentice works and treats as an Associate Acupuncturist and is paid at the standard associate rate. This may include Community Care, One-on-One Care, and Specialty Care according to training and clinic needs.
Practitioner Formation
A dedicated mentoring program with Dr. Guillaume Vincent, layered on top of the apprentice’s paid clinical work.
Clinical Mentoring
A direct mentoring relationship with Dr. Guillaume Vincent for practitioners seeking support in their own clinical work, professional development, practice, leadership, or vocation.
Mentoring is separate from Apprenticeship. It does not require immersion in the Acupuncture Together model and is shaped around the practitioner’s own path.
Begins with an initial mentoring session, followed by ongoing mentoring with twice monthly conversations, offered in three, six, or twelve month containers.
Clinic Consultation
A focused working relationship for clinic owners and leaders seeking practical guidance with strategy, care models, pricing, systems, team development, patient experience, operations, and sustainable growth.
Following the initial consultation, some practitioners continue through follow-up consultation, Clinical Mentoring, or an individualized Clinical Apprenticeship.
The initial consultation includes review of materials provided in advance and a written summary of priorities and recommended next steps. Follow-up consultation is also available.

Practitioner Formation opportunities are subject to availability, professional fit, patient consent where applicable, licensing or school requirements, clinic capacity, and mutual agreement.
Pricing, payment options, scheduling, commitment expectations, confidentiality, cancellation provisions, and participation terms are reviewed during the Discovery and Discernment process and outlined in the applicable agreement before the relationship begins.
Continuing education credits are not provided. These opportunities are based on observation, apprenticeship, mentoring, and consultation rather than a formal CEU course or certification program.
