Each Somatic Integration Session begins with you resting comfortably on a massage table in a quiet, supportive clinical setting. You are fully clothed.
The practitioner invites you into gentle breathing and a guided internal body scan. This initial settling helps orient attention inward and supports nervous system regulation.
From this place, guidance unfolds based on what is present in your moment-to-moment experience. The session may include guided awareness, reflective inquiry, or gentle, supportive touch when appropriate, always in service of mind-body integration.
The pace is unhurried and responsive, allowing space for insight, release, and integration to emerge naturally rather than being forced or directed.
