One-on-One Acupuncture
Private sessions give us the time and space to address the root causes of your symptoms.
Acupuncture is an ancient, evidence-supported therapy with roots in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) spanning thousands of years. Alongside acupuncture, TCM includes herbal medicine, massage, mindful movement, and nutritional guidance.
By gently inserting thin, sterile, disposable needles at targeted points, acupuncturists encourage the smooth flow of energy, or Qi, through the body. When Qi is blocked or unbalanced, it can manifest as pain, fatigue, emotional strain, or other health concerns.
Acupuncture can support a wide range of conditions, including:
-
- Addressing mental and emotional imbalances like stress, depression, anxiety, PMS, PMDD, Complex PTSD, and PTSD.
- Providing relief and healing for various types of pain such as arthritis, joint pain, sports injuries, TMJ, migraines, tendonitis, neuropathy, and toothaches.
- Managing allergies, sinus problems, asthma, colds, flu, and aiding in Covid recovery.
- Tackling digestive issues such as indigestion, IBS, constipation, and bloating.
- Supporting hormonal health, including hot flashes, infertility, PMS, IVF support, menstrual irregularity, and cramps.
- Recovering from Bell’s Palsy, addressing skin problems, alleviating jet lag, overcoming sugar addiction, aiding in surgical recovery, managing side effects from chemo, and more!
Acupuncture is globally recognized as a safe, effective, and drug-free form of healing.
