Engaged Life Coaching

This work grew out of my own journey through loss, grief, and the transitions that unmade and remade me. I offer it because I needed it once and could not find it.

Engaged Life Coaching is a personalized, one-on-one experience designed to support thoughtful, lasting change. This is not conventional coaching. It does not optimize your performance or hand you a productivity system.

It walks alongside you as you clarify what matters, meet what has been avoided, and move toward a life that is more honest, more grounded, and more fully your own.

Sometimes that means addressing the patterns that keep repeating. Sometimes it means sitting with a grief or a loss that has never been properly met. Sometimes it means finding your way back to yourself after years of living for everyone else. Sometimes it simply means slowing down long enough to hear what your own life is trying to tell you.

This work integrates reflection, somatic awareness, shadow work, and practical guidance, supporting emotional, physical, and spiritual wellbeing while cultivating clarity, resilience, and integrity in daily life.

Sessions are fully remote and offered by appointment.

This work tends to resonate with people navigating major life transitions or burnout, those carrying wounds that conventional approaches have not been able to reach, professionals and leaders seeking alignment rather than performance optimization, people drawn to holistic guidance that integrates body, mind, and spirit, and those who sense that something deeper is calling them forward and are finally ready to listen.
